I will be running workshops at each venue. Extra workshops can be booked upon request. The workshops are suitable for those with no previous regression experience, although you will need an understanding of reincarnation and your experience will be enhanced if you practise, or are familiar with, meditation or creative visualisation techniques.

Please note that past life regression is a spiritual journey and is therefore not affliated to any religion. You will need an open mind (and a sense of humour) on these journeys!

An Introduction - to Past Life Regression - please read before applying for a place on the workshops.

'Journey of The Soul'- this workshop is suitable for everyone: even those with little or no previous experience, as well as for the more experienced past life explorer. You will need an understanding of reincarnation and the aim of past life regression. Previous meditation experience, and/or a regression will enhance your experience of the day, but is not essential.

What is covered? What is past life regression and how can it help with current life problems? How & why a past life can contribute to current problems. The life choices we make and why we may have chosen harshly. Relationship dynamics – recognising people now from past lives and why we knew them then. How cycles and repetition of past life behaviour affect current choices and how to break the cycles.

We look at exploring one past life, in depth, in this workshop. We go to various experiences and scenes in this past life to highlight our 'mission' and to discover our karmic links or wounds that are affecting us now. We process the information and access healing at all levels as we journey through the past life. We go through the death experince and understand that lifetime and its lessons, from the perspective of being 'free' from the body, and review that lifetime.

Between lives – where do we go when we die and what do we do? We then move forward to our next stage, aiming to meet soul groups and spirit guides. What have we learned from the last incarnation? What do we do now? We like to finish this workshop with an understanding of why we have chosen to reincarnate in this lifetime, and to re-align ourselves with our current life purpose.

Karmic Healing - is undertaken throuought the regression experience and karmic debts and connections are aknowledged, healed and released. We will be doing some healing of karmic issues using visualisation. This may help you to let go of any issues, whether you are consciously aware of them or not. Previous experience of receiving energy healing is useful, but not essential. eg (reiki, spiritual healing etc).

Perhaps you will - discover a past love, recall talents and skills, resolve relationship confilcts, meet ancestors, rediscover your life purpose for this incarnation, lose your fear of death. We focus on discovering positive past lives in this workshop, aiming to awaken talents and positive memories. We reconnect with our current purpose and bring forward the lessons we have learned during the regression to help us on our current life path.

What can I gain? - A deeper understanding of who you are. Conect with aspects of your previous personalities - your warrior side; the poet in you; the adventurer; the healer. Reveal why you make the choices you do. Uncover negative behaviour patterns and break the cycle. And much, much more.

Interesting Points - As we are moving into the Asenscion and vibrating at a higher level, this has enabled us to access healing at at much easier level and quicker rate.Therefore, it is not unusual for some people to recall only snippets of their regression experience, or nothing at all! - this is something of a recent discovery amongst therapists who have noticed profound changes taking place in their clients attitudes and daily lives - even when they claim not to have recalled specific past life memories. The evidence is in the clients' behavioural and attitude shift after the workshop process, (observed by those who have kept a journal). This is a wonderful step in the evolution of human healing! A testament to the power of Karmic Healing - you no longer have to experijnce the bad stuff to clear it for good. Hurrah!

Please note that neither workshops are suitable for people with mental health issues, for those living with severe depression, or for those who take non-prescription drugs regularly, or on a recreational basis. If you are in any doubt about whether these workshops are suitable for you, please contact me for advice.

You must be over 21 to attend either of the workshops. Under 21's are welcome to have a one-to-one, private, session, please call for details.

Due to the nature of past life regression there is no absolute guarantee that you will access a past life. However you can be assured that every appropriate effort will be made to provide the best possible environment to allow you to gain access to your past life memories.

Please note that places are non-refundable, (unless the workshop is cancelled) but should you not be able to come, due to unforeseeable circumstances, then you may attend a future workshop of your choice, without further costs. Places are not held open - your payment secures your place. Acceptance on the workshop assumes your acceptance of and agreement to, these conditions.

Please phone or email me to confirm that there are places available at your chosen workshop. I will then email you a booking form, which needs to be completed and returned to me with your payment. Your booking confirmation & E-book will then be emailed to you once your payment has been processed. If you have not received your confirmation within 14 days please contact me.

If I don't currently run a workshop in your area, or on convenient dates, you can request a workshop. This is suitable for 6 – 8 people that would like to experience a past life regression. Over 21 years, only

When you Request a Workshop, you are in charge of setting the date, providing the venue, collecting the payments. In return as the Host, you get one free place on the workshop (you can use this yourself or offer it to a friend).

Everybody attending the workshop will receive the free E-book and £10 discount off a private session.

When you have booked the preliminary date you will be E-mailed an information sheet, to print and distribute to interested parties. This will give them all the information they need to know. They will need to sign and return the form to you, with their payment. You will have up to 4 weeks to complete this process and send me the payments.

Venue: your home is fine! The room must be comfortable, warm, and be large enough for your people to lie down for a meditation. Pets are ok if they're in another room, although these workshops are not recommended in a home with a dog, as dogs tend to be noisy when you least want them too! Only people participating in the workshop must be in attendance on the day.

Refreshments: People should bring their own packed lunch and drinks. If you can offer a hot drink upon arrival, and water throughout, that would be great. But No Caffeine!
